NATIONAL MAGAZINE SELECTS LOCAL BUILDER FOR \"REALITY HOME BUILDING\" FEATURE

Greenville, SC - Greenville home builders, Hip and Gable Corp., have been chosen as
the builder for Designer Dream HomesTM magazine's Reality Home Building feature. The
magazine follows Hip and Gable Corp. and their clients, the Schwemmers through the
process of building their home. The Schwemmers chose a Donald A. Gardner design,
the Cedar Court, plan 5004, for their new home.

The Reality Home Building series brings to life real elements of building a home,
from framing to move-in. Designer Dream HomesTM, a home plan magazine found in
bookstores, home improvement stores and on newsstands nationwide, documents the home
building process in three installments. Each installment includes anecdotes and
tips for those thinking of building their own home, photos of the construction
process and advice from the builder as well as the future homeowners. The Reality
Home Building series in Designer Dream HomesTM was introduced in the December 2007
issue and has followed several other families through the process of building a new
home.

The magazine feature followed Hip and Gable through the process of building the
Schwemmers new home. Designer Dream HomesTM has documented the home building
process in three installments during 2008. The October 2008 issue including the
feature's finale hits newsstands everywhere this week, and the first two
